At Luciana Maid Services, we stand behind the quality of our work and are committed to your satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not happy with the cleaning service provided, you must contact us within 12 hours of the cleaning being completed.

Please do not attempt to fix or re-clean the areas yourself before reaching out to us. We must be given the opportunity to return and address any concerns directly. This ensures we can evaluate and correct the issue properly and fairly.

⚠ Refunds will not be issued. Our guarantee is based on the opportunity to return and make it right.

📅 Cancellation Policy & Payment Terms

At Luciana Cleaning Services, we value our customers’ time as well as our hardworking team’s. To ensure smooth scheduling and fairness for everyone, we kindly ask that any cleaning appointment cancellations be made at least 12 hours in advance.

If a cleaning is canceled with less than 12 hours’ notice, even no   valid reason, a cancellation fee will apply and will be automatically charged to the credit card on file.

To confirm any cleaning appointment, we require a valid credit card on file for all new customers. This helps us reserve your spot and prepare our team to serve you with the highest level of care and professionalism.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work hard to keep every home clean and every schedule on track!

Arrival Time: Scheduling is very important to us. We give clients a window of time as to when we will be arriving. We will let you know if we are more than 30 minutes late/early. We cannot control traffic delays or unexpected delays with other clients, so we ask our customers to be understandable about sudden delays that may affect your appointment. (Appointments start at 8:00 am)

📋 Important Information About Cleaning prices / Estimates

At Luciana Maid Services, we do our best to provide accurate price estimates over the phone based on the information you share. However, please note that all estimates are subject to change once we arrive and assess the actual condition of the home on the day of the cleaning.

Every home is different, and factors like the size of the home, level of buildup, pet hair, level of clutter,  and when it was last professionally cleaned can all affect the time, effort, and cost required.

👉 To avoid surprises, we kindly ask all new customers to be as honest and accurate as possible when providing details about their home.
Please let us know:
    •    The true condition of the home
    •    The number of bedrooms and bathrooms
    •    When it was last cleaned professionally
    •    Any special concerns (e.g. pet hair, stains, or heavy buildup)

🏡 Preparing Your Home for Cleaning Day

To help us give you the best service possible, we kindly ask our customers to take a few simple steps before our cleaning team arrives. This allows us to focus on deep cleaning and ensures we use your time effectively!

Here’s how you can prepare:
    •    Tidy up any clutter so we can access surfaces and clean efficiently.
    •    Clear sink areas and remove dirty dishes please note that dishwashing is not included in our services.
    •    Clean up after pets, including any accidents or spills, before we arrive.
    •    Have paper towels and trash bags available for use.
    •    Please have payment ready at the time of service.
    •    If you’d like us to change the bed linens, please leave out clean sheets in an easy-to-find spot.
    •    For move-out cleanings, make sure the home is completely empty and that all trash is removed from the property.

Key/entry: We encourage our ongoing clients to supply us with a key for the convenience of both parties. We keep our keys in a secure location in our office. If a key is unlikely lost, you will be notified immediately and a key replacement will be paid for. There is a $50 fee for being locked out of the establishment during a scheduled appointment. Providing a key helps avoid a lock out fee.

Pets: We love and welcome pets of all kinds. If your pet is known to be aggressive with strangers please restrain your pet before we arrive to your establishment. If we are not able to safely clean the house.

Safety/Health Precautions: As required by federal law we will not be able to:

  • Move or lift heavy items over 30 lbs;
  • Clean human/animal waste, bodily fluids, or blood;
  • Use ladders other than 2 steps house hold step ladders or climb on top of any furniture. We provide our own step ladder if necessary.

Tipping: Tipping is optional and welcomed. Tips may be given directly to the cleaners or added to your check. End of the year monetary gifts are common and greatly appreciated for our regularly scheduled clients. Please give the tips directly in maid’s hands.

Property Damage: All of our staff makes sure to take extra care with your property, but accidents do happen. Our staff is instructed to report any damage immediately. If you suspect that there has been damage to your property or missing property please lets us know within 24 hours of your appointment. If theft is suspected please let us know immediately and search your home carefully. We do not take responsibility for any damage that is not reported within that time frame. Our company is insured and bonded to better protect your belongings. Please let us know of any extremely valuable items such as heirlooms or collectables, so we can instruct our staff not to touch them prior to your appointment. We cannot take responsibility for cleaning these items or damaging these items if it was not previously communicated to us.

Holidays: We do not provide service on the following days during the year. If your regular cleaning falls on one of these days, please call to reschedule and do any other arrange possible to fit you in.

  • Black Friday (The day after Thanksgiving)
  • Christmas Day (December 25)
  • New Year’s Day (January 1)

1. Non-Compete Agreement
Clients and contractors shall not, directly or indirectly, engage in any business or offer services that compete with Luciana Cleaning Services for a period of  24 months following the last date of service or work performed with the company. This includes providing or receiving cleaning services independently or through another party to any customer originally introduced or serviced through Luciana Cleaning Services.

2. Non-Solicitation of Clients
Clients and contractors agree not to solicit, contact, or accept any cleaning-related work from customers who were referred by, or previously received services from, Luciana Cleaning Services without prior written consent from the company.

3. Penalty for Breach
Any breach of this clause will result in a penalty fee of no less than $6,000 per customer lost as a direct or indirect result of such competition or solicitation. This amount is intended to cover loss of business, damages, and administrative costs.

4. Legal Enforcement
Luciana Cleaning Services reserves the right to pursue all legal remedies available, including but not limited to injunctive relief, in the event of a breach of this agreement.

By using or providing services under Luciana Cleaning Services, the client or contractor acknowledges and agrees to abide by the terms of this non-compete clause.
