At Luciana Cleaning Services, your trust and safety matter to us. That’s why we are fully insured and bonded—so you can feel confident knowing your home and belongings are protected every step of the way.

You are more than welcome to be in your home especially during the first cleaning. However we understand everybody is busy working so we will be happy to lock your door after we leave. In order to make it easier access to the home when clients is absent clients typically leave keys with us out place in a lockbox outside the house . These keys are kept in a secure location in our office.

"We come fully equipped with everything needed to make your home shine. If you’d like us to use your own cleaning products, we’re happy to accommodate—as long as they’re safe to use and you understand that their performance is your responsibility."

 Payment is due in full at or before each appointment (by check or cash). Please leave payments on the kitchen table or counter tops. We ask that cash payments be put in a sealed envelope with the clients’ name and the date clearly marked on the front. If a payment is forgotten, you will be contacted by Luciana Cleaning services in order to make other payments arrangements.

At Luciana Cleaning Services, we do our best to send you the same team of maids whenever possible. We understand how important familiarity and trust are. While we strive for consistency, we cannot guarantee the same crew 100% of the time due to scheduling or availability.

However, rest assured — every member of our team is thoroughly trained to uphold the same high standards, so the quality of your cleaning will always remain consistent.

Your satisfaction is our top priority!

"To help us make the most of our time in your home, we kindly ask that the space be prepared for cleaning before our team arrives. This means picking up toys, clothing, and other items from the floors, removing any pet waste, and ensuring there are no dirty dishes in the sink. Please also have paper towels, trash bags, and clean sponges available for use. If we have agreed to change your bed linens, kindly place clean sheets on top of each bed for our team."

Yes! At Luciana Cleaning Services, your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn’t up to your expectations, let us know within 24 hours and we’ll return to make it right—at no extra cost.

Tipping & Holiday Gifts — A Thoughtful Way to Show Appreciation

At Luciana Cleaning Services, tipping our maid team is entirely optional and always appreciated. If you choose to tip, you may give it directly to your cleaners or include it in your check (please be sure to write a note in the memo line).

💌 Holiday & Year-End Gifts
For our regularly scheduled clients, it’s common and greatly appreciated to give monetary gifts during the holiday season as a thank-you for a year of service. If you’d like to do so, we kindly ask that gifts or tips be handed directly to the maid team.
